1. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

By using Xaccel Voice, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use.<\/p>\n

2. Service Provision<\/strong><\/p>\n

Xaccel Voice commits to providing reliable VoIP solutions, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.<\/p>\n

3. Registration and Accounts<\/strong><\/p>\n

Users must provide accurate information during registration. Keep account details confidential. Any misuse under your account will be your responsibility.<\/p>\n

4. Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n

All services are billed on a monthly basis. Late payments may result in service suspension.<\/p>\n

5. Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time but are responsible for all charges made up to that point.<\/p>\n

6. User Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n

Users should not misuse the service, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt service for others.<\/p>\n

7. Data Usage<\/strong><\/p>\n

All data transmission via Xaccel Voice is subject to our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

8. Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n

Xaccel Voice reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.<\/p>\n

9. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

Xaccel Voice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.<\/p>\n

10. Disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by USA laws and subject to arbitration in New York.<\/p>\n

11. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

Xaccel Voice can modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.<\/p>\n
